We provide a repossession service whereby we will act on your instruction to repossess chattels or collect monies outstanding.

We appreciate that in most cases, you, the client do not want the goods back and would much rather receive payment.  We will only repossess after we have exhausted all avenues available to obtain payment or negotiate arrangement for payment unless otherwise instructed by you.

You may only repossess your goods if you have included the right to repossess in a contract signed by you and the debtor.

Our licensed agents cover the areas of Nelson, Golden Bay, Kaikoura, Marlborough and the West Coast and have access to other repossession agents nationwide.
